Yes! We have our own dedicated fitting team that will make sure all equipment is installed safely and as stress free as possible. We can also provide equipment to be installed by yourselves if requested, this is great for small items and allows teachers and PTAs to have some involvement with the area the children will enjoy!
We can remove any existing equipment and dispose of it for you, please make sure to request this when being quoted.
Fantastic! We have a team of designers who would be happy to create a bespoke product to your fill all your needs. Let us know of any ideas you have no matter how unique and we will find a way to make it possible.
We guarantee the materials and workmanship of our equipment for 10 years from the date of installation given normal and reasonable usage by the age group for which it was designed.
As timber is a natural product it is prone to cracking at times. This is natural for all timber products and does not effect the stability of the structure. Usually cracks will appear during the dryer months and close up during the wetter winter months. If any splinters appear they can be removed by giving the area a light sanding.
All our timber is treated against rot, fungal and decay plus insect infestation. This treatment process leaves the timber a light natural green colour and requires no further treatment as this may damage the timber and prevent the the treatment from protecting the timber in the way designed.
Our design team works to a 3 week time scale after the initial site visit.
Once the project has been confirmed and deposit received our project manager will get in touch and discuss a time frame that suit the school though we try to roughly stick to a 8 week time scale.
All timber equipment is made by us at our workshop on site.
We have been creating fun and enjoyable play spaces since 1993.
Yes! We allow visits to our offices and factory to show you the process we go through to bring your play areas to life. Call 01347 878747 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a visit.
During a site visit our sales consultant will discuss any ideas you may have about the play area and provide suggestions to equipment and surfacing they believe will benefit your area the most.
They will also measure up the site and take photos to assist our design team.
