St Hilda’s Primary School came to us in 2009 requesting an update to their play area. The school were looking for an fresh & inspiring design to keep the children not only entertained during lunch periods, but provide an area to conduct outdoor learning.
St Hilda’s Primary School is situated on the outskirts of the North Yorkshire National Park, in a quaint farming village; they wanted to keep a natural feel throughout the play area, to mirror the village’s rural setting.
Our Designers led the design of the project, consulting with the school’s staff on a regular basis to ensure no details were missed. They talked through the importance of each piece of equipment ensuring the play area would provide a better experience for the children.
The installation process was carried out quickly and efficiently by our highly skilled workforce, ensuring minimal disruption to the school. Since its completion the play area has successfully provided an effective area of learning & exercise for each child that results in a quality of outdoor play that we take pride in.
